Using the latest technology and a range of techniques we are able offer a comprehensive range of services including the cleaning of windows, window frames & sills, fascias & cladding, glass roofs & atriums and gutter cleaning.
Before we can provide a quotation we will need to carry out a survey for each property as every site is different and has its own individual requirements and challenges.
We provide these service to housing associations, private landlords, managing agents, property management companies, supported housing, sheltered housing, residential care homes, business parks & retail outlets, shopping centres, car garages, surgeries & health centres.
Cleaning internal and confined spaces
We utilise the latest micro fibre technology to deliver a high quality window cleaning service. Traditional methods are generally used for the internal glass and for low level confined spaces or areas with many obstructions.
Using technology when needed
Using the latest Carbon Fibre Pole technology, we can safely clean windows up to 60ft from Ground Level – that’s around 5 or 6 storeys. Our Van mounted purification systems are custom built for us to ensure we can produce a high quality, spot free finish.
Expert services when called for
Some jobs are simply not suited to traditional or water fed pole techniques; If your building is over 6 storeys high or has narrow perimeters then abseiling will provide you with a straight forward and cost effective solution.

Accessing those hard to reach areas
Mobile elevated platforms come in various guises including truck mounted, scissor lifts, spiders or booms which allow us to work safely from a cradle up to 100 ft from ground level. Small, lightweight machines allow us to access difficult to reach areas both inside and outside.
Ensuring quality teams at all times
Our window cleaning staff are comprehensively trained in all aspects of their duties and attend IOSH courses. Our team are issued with Photo ID and full uniform and will arrive in sign written vehicles.
Our ‘safety first’ service
We provide a safety first service and carry out a full site survey prior to quoting. A detailed risk assessment is produced for each job which is issued to the customer and the team who will carry out the work. The areas we are working in will be coned off and verbal warnings issued to passers by.
