Cleaning Operatives

Our mobile and static cleaning operatives service the communal areas of housing associations across London and the South of England to the highest standards.

Required experience: Ideally 1 years’ relevant experience (Full training will be provided)
Working hours: Between Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent positions available
Salary & Benefits: Competitive Salary; 28 days Holiday, Pension Scheme, Full Uniform, PPE & Equipment provided. Fully expensed company van provided for mobile cleaners

Your role will be to carry out a range of cleaning activities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, bin area cleaning, litter picking, cobweb removal and lamp/bulb changing.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Friendly, self-motivated, hardworking and reliable

  • Be able to work closely with colleagues, staff and clients

  • Be pro-active and committed to providing an excellent service

  • Have a strong customer focus

  • IT literate (use of a tablet, smartphone apps)

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)

Successful applicants will need to live within the local area and agree to undertake a DBS check and must be eligible to reside and work in the UK. If you are interested in a mobile cleaning position, you will need to hold a full, clean manual drivers licence.

Jet Washing / Window Cleaning Operatives

Our jet washing/window cleaning operatives service are required to travel to various housing associations across London and the South of England to clean the communal areas to the highest standards.

Required experience: 1 years’ relevant experience (Full training will be provided)
Working hours: Between Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent positions available
Salary & Benefits: Competitive Salary; 28 days Holiday, Pension Scheme, Full Uniform, PPE & Equipment provided along with a fully expensed company van

Your role will be to carry out a range of activities dependant on the contract requirements, which will include the cleaning of windows using a range of poles up to 65ft, using a high-pressure washing system to clean large areas such as buildings, walkways, bin stores, bins, removal of graffiti, as well as using the rotary patio cleaner when required.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Full, clean UK manual driving licence essential for this role

  • Friendly, self-motivated, hardworking and reliable

  • Be able to work closely with colleagues, staff and clients

  • Working solo or as part of the team

  • Be pro-active and committed to providing an excellent service

  • Have a strong customer focus

  • IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps)

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
