Housing Association

We were contacted by a local housing association to clean this apartment after the tenant had vacated the property. The tenant had not cleared any rubbish from the apartment, including a lot of foodstuff for many months.

We had to deep clean the property in order to make it ready for the next team to arrive to decorate and complete maintenance on the property to make it suitable for the new tenants that were moving in.
